Here we have gathered four of our personal favorite on-the-go food spots right here in Budapest that will serve you amazing food in a flash! Let this be your quick guide to a few of the best on-the-go food stops around the city that are perfect to take along with you to enjoy while soaking in the city views! Even better all four of these stops are all very budget-friendly pricing.

Budapest is a city where you can almost always find something cool happening at any time both day and night. So naturally, when you're trying to get everything you want to see and do packed into your trip you may not always have the time for a long sit-down meal. Now you are in luck! Just because you don't have the time does not mean you have to miss out on the great food here that Budapest has to offer.

Bors GasztroBár

Stop number 1 of our on-the-go food stops guide is Bors. You can find Bors located right in the middle of the party district (district VII) down Kazinczy street. This is your perfect stop to run in for a variety of amazing sandwiches and soup that again and again is the quality like nothing else.

PASTA.

Next up on our this at stop number 2 we have PASTA.! The name should give you a hint at what they might be serving up here. This place is great for the indecisive eaters out there. You walk in and on the board that will have four different pasta options for the day with a short description listing all the goods that will be mixed in. You simply pick one of the four options and then they get going on making your pasta. A few minutes later and you are off with a pasta dish that is sure to make your taste buds happy! Even better for you PASTA. now has two locations making it even more convenient. You can find it in Nyugati or Kálvin Tér.

Iñez Bagel Shop

Going on to stop number 3 we have a cute little bagel shop called Iñez. If you're craving a bagel sandwich this is the place to go to satisfy your cravings! You can find Iñez located in the 5th district right on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky street. Here the menu offers a good variety of different sandwich options all packed with flavor and they even have a selection of vegetarian/vegan bagel options. Be sure to grab this one during its open hours as you can only get it Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM!

Csirke Csibész

Now we have saved our favorite stop for last! This stop serves up a fried chicken sandwich we would die for! You can pick from a few options of types of bread and toppings on the sandwich along with some side options, but this is a sandwitch where you can't go wrong. Plus this location stays open until 5 AM Wednesday - Saturday, which is the perfect bonus for those late nights out in the city when you are in need of a little extra fuel before bed.
