10 Sixty-Six Bar & Breakfast has got to be the HOTTEST place in town for all things - from bottomless brunch, to all-you-can-eat wings on a Sunday night with sports and beers.
Believe it or not, Budapest is more than just fun, food, music and wine, but that’s not what this article is about. 10 Sixty-Six Bar & Breakfast has got to be the HOTTEST place in town for all things - from bottomless brunch, to all-you-can-eat wings on a Sunday night with sports and beers. It's the perfect combination of friendly service, amazing food and thrilling entertainment.
Like all good days start, let’s begin with breakfast. 10 Sixty-Six has a delectable breakfast menu ranging from the classic Full English, to shakshouka, to American style pancakes. Whatever you order here you will like. And if you’ve been partying hard here (who hasn’t?), it’s also the perfect hangover cure. This is also the ONLY (at least to our knowledge) place in town that serves REAL English Lincolnshire sausages. Along with the food is a great breakfast cocktail menu. If the food isn’t enough to make you feel alive again post-boat party, add an Irish coffee, bloody mary or an espresso martini will sort yourself out. But above all else, the PartyBookers team absolutely love the deal on unlimited mimosas for 90 mins! If you want to go out for a great breakfast and have a bit of fun in the meantime, head down there now!
Apart from the breakfast, we’d be doing a massive disservice to the place if we didn’t mention all the other amazing things 10 Sixty-Six has to offer. The folks over there can hold a great wine tasting. Hungary has an abundance of wine from around the country and if you want to try it, you should shoot them a message. Another recent addition is the first Rainbow Brunch in Budapest, showcasing the first brunch EVER with a drag show. This falls in line perfectly with their motto “be yourself” and perfectly emits the essence of what they are trying to achieve; comfortability, good food and even better times.
Another huge crowd pleaser is the all you can eat chicken wings! Every Sunday night head down and you’ll find mountains of wings on every table, blue cheese and ranch sauce cheek-to-cheek, and NFL RedZone playing on TV for any American football fans out there. Not only are they tasty, but they are cheap as hell!
Lastly, we couldn’t go without mentioning the INSANE amount of incredible live music that goes on at 10 Sixty-Six. They hold a weekly open mic night with a steady flow of singers and musicians ready to entertain you and your friends. You’ll see a lot of local artists, hear loads of classic covers and a bunch of surprising originals. Talent here is second to none and you’ll thank yourself for heading down there for the evening. It's a perfect pre-game to whatever shenanigans you have planned for your night out.
Other than that, 10 Sixty-Six is fun all the time. The staff have got to be some of the friendliest the city has to offer (we love you Richie, Gogo & Cintia) and there is almost always something going on there. Do yourself a favour, go down and grab a beer, grab a cocktail, eat a bagel, eat some wings, laugh with friends or listen to the sound of the stage, and most importantly BE YOURSELF.
...And some staff favourites.
